PRICING
All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of
upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. All
payments are advertised and processed in Australian dollars.
Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification.
STORING OF DATA
We do not store any information of your Credit Card details. This information
is provided via the E-way gateway only. For further details please read our
Privacy and Security page.
REFUND POLICY
LifeWorks reserves the right to postpone or cancel groups with insufficient
enrolments.
An administration fee of
$20.00 applies to enrolment cancellations made without 7 days notice prior
to course commencement date.
In some
special circumstances an exchange or credit might be granted. See below for
further details.
Please retain you receipt for proof of purchase.
PAYMENT TERMS
a) All invoices issued to the Customer must be paid within 14 days of issue,
and any dispute regarding the invoice must be notified to LifeWorks within that
period.
CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS
a) If LifeWorks cancels a Course, a full refund or transfer to another date or
Course will apply.
b) If a Customer’s booking for a Course is cancelled more than 7 days prior to
the start of a Course:
i) any money paid by the Customer to LifeWorks for that Course may be refunded
or used as credit by the Customer for any Course that the Customer may
undertake within 12 months from the date of the cancellation; or
ii) the Customer may transfer to another date or Course (subject to
availability)
c) If a Customer’s booking for a Course is cancelled for any reason within 7
days of the start of a Course:
i)
An administration fee of $20.00
applies to enrolment cancellations made without 7 days notice prior to course
commencement date.
In some special
circumstances an exchange or credit might be granted.;
d) The Client must pay for all course sessions, whether attended or not. No refund will be issued if LifeWorks does not receive notification of cancellation of enrolment.
FREIGHT COSTS & TIMES
There is no freight costs for the booking of a course.
PAYMENT METHODS
The lifeworks.com.au online store accepts online real-time payment via all
major credit cards including VISA and MASTERCARD. Unfortunately we
cannot accept COD (cash on delivery). We can accept money orders, cheques and/or
direct deposits.
All prices listed in the online store are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and the
courses do not incur GST.
