Prepare-Enrich Individual Couple Program

Program Description

The Prepare-Enrich Program helps couples identify their areas of relationship strength and those which may need some attention. The program comprises an on-line questionnaire and two private sessions of approximately one and a half hours with a professional facilitator. (Following registration and discussion with the program co-ordinator, appointments will be scheduled at convenient times and places.)

The Prepare-Enrich program is delivered at various locations throughout metropolitan Melbourne. Special arrangements can be made for remote and regional couples to conduct the program in an online version. Please contact LifeWorks for more details.

Prepare-Enrich program consultations can be conducted during the weekend and attract a $60 surcharge. Please select 'Weekend Private Consultation' in the drop down box.

Which LifeWorks couples program should we choose?

• Should we choose a Group Couples Program?
  
  The Committed Couples Program is a fun and interactive learning experience within a group environment - typically another 3-5 couples. The group session provides plenty of opportunity to meet other couples and share experiences with others going through a similar situation.
   
• Should we choose an Individual Couples Program?
  
  However, if you would prefer a private consultation, the Prepare-Enrich Program may be more suitable. For couples with a long-standing relationship, with children, different cultural backgrounds or a blended family, the individual program Prepare-Enrich  is recommended.
