• Rooms can accommodate from 10 to 40 people each.
• Multiple rooms can be booked to allow for breakout sessions. 
• All training rooms come standard with a built in data projector.
• Additional equipment (laptop, TV, VIDEO, DVD, electronic whiteboard) available as required.

Counselling Rooms Conditions of Use

• Room bookings are available during LifeWorks’ opening hours: 8.30am–8.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am–5pm on Fridays and any room usage commences and finishes within these hours.
• The rooms may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the booking time without incurring a fee.
• Should the booking be cancelled within 24 hours of the booked time, or your client does not attend, the booking will still be invoiced for the period booked with the room still being available to you for use in that event.
• Photocopy and faxing facilities are available on request and can be accessed through LifeWorks’ reception team and will be included in your invoice.
